Rugby, KFC and My Son.

Today has been a good day, started off a bit annoyed with the ex but I didn’t let it get me down.  I will however vent my frustrations…

I miss my son all the time, I want to spend as much time as possible with him and get annoyed when plans change and the time I have with him is reduced.  Due to certain logistics and time I can’t spend time with him on a daily basis so the time I have I value.  Now I was annoyed this morning as I lost an hour or so with him because she wanted to take him with her somewhere!  Is this fair?  Am I being silly?  I would get shit if it was the other way around!

6 Nations, England V Ireland….. It was good, but could have been better.  England needed the spark they had against Scotland, it wasn’t there.  All I hope is that is comes back by their next game!  Read the write up by Tom Fordyce here.

KFC courtesy of my mum and dad, yummmm!!!! I have been wanting a KFC for ages now and my dad bargain bucketed me right up.  Ha ha.

Anyway I am off, couple of things to do and I think I may watch a movie….

5 Days To Go…….

Until –

I am not doing anything special, which is annoying as I would ilk to go out.  However a nice home cooked meal will be brilliant.

England play Ireland in the 6 Nations at Twickenham so that should be good, especially on St Patricks Day.  On the subject of Rugby, England beat France last night.  It was a great 30 minutes of play from England in the first half then as the match went on there was just way too many mistakes, but luckily they kept ahead.  I think if they make the same mistakes in the match on Saturday then Ireland will make them pay.

Training at work is going well, lovely people in the training and also lovely trainers, which makes all the difference.  All is going well and I am really enjoying it.  Hopefully I pass the final tests and get signed off.

Anyway time to watch Friday Night Lights.

Life, Love and Rugby.

Afternoon folks, its Sunday and Cats birthday, unfortunately she had a First Aid training session today of all days and I haven’t seen her since about 11ish. So it has just been me and Noah watching Rugby, listening to music and playing games. Cat received a few birthday cards and a cup of tea in bed from Noah, bless him….

I cannot believe Noah climbs on the tables and doesn’t have a care in the world. I suppose he will learn at some point but it turns your stomach when you see that he is on a table and he could fall off…..

Last time I checked Ireland were winning against France in the 6 Nations Rugby but I don’t hold out much hope that will happen. I do know however that Bristol Rugby beat Plymouth 18-13 at the Mem, I wish I was there but not in the rain.

I have checked again and they lost, only just though 22-25.

Today has been great spending it with Noah but its hard work and I have had enough so all those parents who can handle children well done, because your better than me. I can’t be angry with him though as he is a lovely child and I could not have wished for anything more?

I think I will be having an early night tonight as I am tired and in need of a bit of piece and quiet. I also have to start at 8am so yet another knackering day. I would like a bit of time off to unwind as I don’t think my mind has stopped for a long time, if you know what I mean.

Anyway I am going to watch Burn Notice, which I have never seen before but what I have seen I quite enjoy.

I am not a happy bunny, I am not going to put it on here but I am fucked right off.

However, 6 Nations Rugby is on…. Millennium Stadium and its going to be good….. I am also watching this in HD, awesome. Mike Tindall is coming out of the tunnel and my heart is thumping. I miss playing Rugby at school and the adrenalin it gave you to win and obviously to play.
